Who was Saint Patrick?
Saint Patrick’s day is celebrated each year on March 17th. In Ireland, Saint Patrick’s Day is both a holy day and a national holiday. He is the patron saint of Ireland as he was the one who brought Christianity to the Irish.
He used the shamrock to explain about God: it was like the idea of Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Now Saint Patrick’s day is celebrated in countries around the world. People with Irish heritage remind themselves of the beautiful green countryside of Ireland by wearing green clothes and taking part in the festivities.

Queridas familias:
El día de San Patricio lo vamos a celebrar "con todo" el día 19 por la tarde y el día 20 por la noche. Por este motivo invitamos a los más chiquitos (1ro a 3er grado) a venir disfrazados el día 19. Así mismo, el día 20 por la noche, toda la familia podrá traer algo verde y así festejar los 110 años de nuestro querido colegio mientras nos solidarizamos con nuestros hermanos de Tartagal.
Esperamos ver lindos disfraces para poder realizar un lindo Parade (desfile).
